PXD Notifications este o aplicatie gratuita dezvoltata de PixelData SRL. Acest SERVICIU este furnizat fara costuri suplimentare de utilizare si este destinat utilizarii sub forma in care este.
Aceasta Politica de Confidentialitate se aplica tuturor serviciilor noastre, daca nu este specificat altfel.
Aceasta pagina este utilizata pentru informarea utilizatorilor despre politicile noastre de colectare, utilizare si divulgare a informatiilor personale, in cazul in care se doreste folosirea serviciului nostru si va recomandam sa o cititi cu atentie.
Daca alegeti sa folositi Serviciul nostru, atunci sunteti de acord cu colectarea si utilizarea informatiilor in legatura cu aceasta politica. Informatiile personale pe care le colectam sunt utilizate pentru furnizarea si imbunatatirea Servicului. Nu vom folosi sau divulga informatiile dumneavoastra catre nimeni, cu exceptia celor descrise in aceasta Politica de Confidentialitate.
Termenii utilizați în această politică de confidențialitate au aceleași semnificații ca și în Termenii și condițiile noastre, care sunt accesibile la PXD Notifications, cu excepția cazului în care se definește altfel în această politică de confidențialitate.
Colectarea si utilizarea informatiilor
Pentru o experienta mai buna in utilizarea Serviciului nostru, este posibil sa va solicitam sa ne furnizati anumite informatii de identificare personala. Informatiile pe care le solicitam vor fi pastrate de catre noi si utilizate in concordanta cu aceasta Politica de Confidentialitate.
Informatiile solicitate
Pentru ca dumneavoastra sa puteti sa folositi aplicatia, noi colectam si stocam informatii legate de cont, cum ar fi: nume utilizator (numele profilului), prenume, nume de familie, adresa de email, numar de telefon, parola. De asemenea, colectam informatii despre telefonul dumneavoastra mobil (numele firmei producatoare si a modelului), precum si identificatori unici asociati cu acest dispozitiv.
Cand utilizati pagina de contact, o sa ne furnizati adresa de email principala din telefon. De asemenea, vor fi stocate copii ale mesajelor trimise de dumneavoastra, pentru a putea oferi ajutor sau raspunsuri la intrebari, legate de utilizarea aplicatiei.
Informatii din log
In fisierele de log, vor fi stocate informatii despre sesiunile de utilizare ale Serviciului dupa cum urmeaza: nume utilizator, data si ora inceperii si terminarii sesiunii, informatii despre activitatile dumneavoastra (detalii despre cum folositi Serviciul, setarile aplicatiei).
Dorim sa va informam, ca oricand utilizati Serviciul nostru, in cazul in care apare o eroare in aplicatie, vom colecta date si informatii (prin produse terte) pe telefonul dvs., denumite date de logare. Aceste date de logare pot contine informatii cum ar fi adresa de protocol de internet (IP) a telefonului dvs., numele aparatului, versiunea de software a sistemului, configuratia aplicatiei cand este utilizat Serviciul, data si ora utilizarii lui, alte informatii si statistici.
Utilizarea de cookie-uri
Cookie-urile sunt fisiere ce contin o cantitate mica de informatii si care sunt utilizate in mod obisnuit ca identificatori unici anonimi. Acestea sunt trimise browser-ului dvs. de pe site-urile web pe care le vizitati si sunt stocate in memoria interna a dispozitivului.
Acest Serviciu nu utilizeaza in mod explicit “cookie-uri”. Cu toate acestea, aplicatia poate folosi coduri terte si librarii, care utilizeaza “cookie-uri” pentru a colecta informatii si a imbunatatii serviciile. PixelData SRL utilizeaza datele colectate pentru a putea opera, imbunatatii, personaliza si oferii suport pentru Serviciile noastre. Datele dvs. nu vor fi distribuite altor persoane fara consimtamantul dumneavoastra, cu exceptia cazului in care este nevoie, pentru a indeplini solicitarea dumneavoastra proprie sau atunci cand este nevoie de a imbunatati securitatea, de a efectua modificari tehnice si de a aduce imbunatatiri Serviciilor noastre. Nu vom vinde informatiile dumneavoastra altor terti.

Dorim sa informam utilizatorii acestui Serviciu, ca acesti terti au acces la informatiile dumneavoastra personale, pentru a putea indeplinii sarcinile care le sunt atribuite in numele nostru. Cu toate acestea, ei sunt obligati sa nu dezvaluie sau sa utilizeze informatiile in alte scopuri.
Pixeldata SRL nu poate garanta modul in care partenerii sau aplicatiile terte proceseaza si protejeaza informatiile dumneavoastra.

Apreciem increderea pe care o aveti in noi in furnizarea informatiilor dumneavoastra personale, astfel incat ne straduim sa folosim mijloace acceptabile din punct de vedere comercial pentru protejarea acestora. Insa, nu uitati ca nicio metoda de transmitere pe internet sau de stocare electronica nu este 100% sigura si fiabila si nu putem garanta securitatea absoluta.
Sunteti singura persoana responsabila pentru utilizarea si siguranta telefonului (inclusiv parola de deblocare a telefonului) si pentru activitatile care apar in contul dumneavoastra.
Trebuie sa ne contactati imediat daca detectati probleme de functionare sau de securitate cu privire la Serviciile noastre.

Acest Serviciu poate contine link-uri catre alte site-uri. Daca faceti clic pe un link tert, veti fi directionat catre site-ul respectiv. Retineti ca aceste site-uri externe nu sunt operate de noi. In order for you to be able to use the App, we collect and store account information, such as: user name (profile name), first name, last name, email adress, phone number, password. When using the Contact Us page, you provide us your default email adress from your phone. Also we will store copies of your messages, in order to be able to provide you help or answers regarding the use of the App.
